Summary:The device has two electrical drives (4, 5) coupled with a terminal effecter (1) by linking points (2, 3) and executing linear movement or rotation movement. The electrical drives are coupled with a frequency synthesizer and supply a resonance signal additional to a drive signal. The drives are coupled with a signal analyzer (13), which analyzes change of the resonance signal in contact with an object. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining a contact force or a position of a terminal effecter.
