Summary:The procedure, using a mould (26) with at least one injection orifice to produce a plastic component (19) having at least one predetermined zone of reduced mechanical resistance in a given direction (AV - AR) consists of creating flow lines (24) in the molten plastic that are substantially perpendicular to the aforementioned fore and aft direction (AV - AR). The moulded component has at least one weld line formed between opposite flows, created by an insert placed in the mould.
