Summary:There is provided a data processing device realizing a purchase after trial listening of a large-capacity content and enabling export of a content to a different content handling system, transfer of the content to a reproduction-dedicated terminal, and copying. A mobile communication terminal device (11) using the data processing device downloads right data for trial listening and content data before export from a server (12), accumulates the right data for trial listening in an accumulation unit (25) and temporarily accumulates the content data before export in a memory card (13), thereby enabling trial listening of the content data before export by the reproduction function. When the user desires to purchase a content after its trial listening, the mobile communication terminal device (11) downloads limitless right data from the server (12) and converts the stored content data before export and the limitless right data into a format matched with the memory card (13) for exporting them in the memory card (13).
