Summary:The oven has a muffle (2) whose front side is closed by a door (4), and surrounded by a case (5) with a ventilating device (9) comprising a ventilator (10) connected to a ventilating duct (11) placed in a space (12) between the case and the muffle. The duct creates an air circulation between inlet and outlet openings (13, 14) of the front side. The door (4) has a ventilating crosspiece (28) creating, inside the door, a fresh air flow transversal to the door coming from outside the door and circulating the flow in the direction of a specific zone (30) to be cooled.
