Summary: | The micro-optical arrangement includes flexible ductile optical lenses (1) arranged for optically effective surface electromagnetic radiation. The optical lenses are fixed or clamped between two points in the Z axis with possible translatory movement parallel to the Z axis. The optical lenses have solid joints for coupling with a frame. The translatory movement of the optical lenses can be magnetically, electromagnetically, eletrostatically, magnetostrictive or piezoelectrically actuated. Another optical lens (3) is arranged for directing electromagnetic radiation towards a beam splitter (4). |
