Summary:A hydraulic servo 50 of a fourth clutch C-4 capable of transmitting the input rotation to a sun gear S2 is placed between the axial direction of a planetary gear unit PU and a speed reduction planetary gear DP, and hydraulic servos 20 and 40 of a first and third clutches C-1 and C-3 capable of transmitting the reduced speed rotation from the planetary gear DP to the sun gear S2 and S3 are placed on the side opposite in the axial direction from the planetary gear unit PU as to the hydraulic servo 50 of the fourth clutch C-4. The input shaft 12 and the fourth clutch C-4 are linked via the linking member 140 that passes outside the first and third clutch C-1 and C-3, and the first and third clutches C-1 and C-3 are each linked to the sun gear S2 and S3 via the linking members 101 and 102 that pass inside the fourth clutch C-4.
