Each bracket assembly includes a first bracket (44) and a second bracket (46) removably secured to the first bracket. The first bracket (44) is connected to the patch panel (26), and the first bracket (44) has a tab (50) including a cantilever (52) that secures the first bracket (44) to the second bracket (46). The first bracket (44) also includes two rollover edges (54,56) connected to the tab (50). The second bracket (46) is connected to the strain relief bar (32), and the second bracket (46) has a tab (62) including an aperture (64) that receives a portion of the first bracket (44) therein.
