The stator moves in rotation about an axis when the rotor is braked to drive a transmission. The rotor includes a disk that is clamped between a secondary braking unit and a main braking unit. A disconnection unit separates the secondary braking unit from the main braking unit. An independent claim is also included for an automatic device for folding/deploying a blade comprising a locking unit.
