Summary:Method for carrying out a network-based customer- business process in which a client (201) connects to a server (203) and the server reacts as follows to a request (202) originating from the client: definition of a protected area within the server related to the request; creation of an electronically activated access authentication which includes addressing the protected area and; transmission of the access authentication to the client so that access of the client to the protected area is by activation of the electronic access authentication.
