A second fluoroterpolymer included in the fluoroelastomer composition has a weight average molecular weight centered at 10 . The first fluoroterpolymer combines with the second fluoroterpolymer to provide a mixed terpolymer. Other components of the fluoroelastomer composition include a processing aid, a filler, an oil, and a curative. The fluoroelastomer composition upon curing at an elevated temperature provides the cold shrink article that has a permanent set value of 21% or less.
