Summary:The invention relates to a method and a device for inserting upper and lower half-phases (10s, 10i) into the recesses (24) in laminations (20). The inventive method includes the following steps: (a) the production of half-phases consisting of a stack of turns (12) defining a star-shaped configuration, said turns comprising lobes (121) which are connected by means of radially-internal parts (122); (d) the insertion of the half-phases into the recesses (24); (e) the tilting of the radially-internal parts (122) of the upper half-phase (10s) onto an upper axial face (23) of the laminations (20); (f) the insertion of the turns (12) of the lower half-phase (10i); (g) the tilting of the radially-internal parts (122) of the lower half-phase (10i). According to the invention, the tilting operation in step (e) is performed using stratification members (51) which pull the radially-internal parts from the inside outwards in a radial manner.
