wherein the FEC decoding functional block detects a CP (Control Packet) within the demodulated input signal stream;
€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ a parameter extraction functional block that acquires a second plurality of FEC decoding parameters from the CP and the second plurality of FEC decoding parameters is fed back to the FEC decoding functional block; and
