Summary:A communication apparatus is to be connected to a network to establish, one or more connection with one or more processing apparatus connected to the network, to perform at least one of transmission and reception of data. The communication apparatus includes a reception device, a judgment device and a protection device. The reception device receives a disconnection request for disconnection of the connection, from the processing apparatus. The judgment device judges whether the disconnection request as received is legal or not. The protection device causes, only when there was made a judgment that the disconnection request as received is not legal, disablement of execution of a disconnection processing in response to the disconnection request to protect the connection.
