Summary:A plastic film comprises a substrate and a hard coating layer formed on at least one side of the substrate, wherein the hard coating layer has a crosslinked structure comprising a methacrylic or acrylic polymer with a hydroxyl value of 20 to 80 (KOH mg/g) and a crosslinking agent. Such a plastic film or an adhesive tape formed thereof can have significantly improved resistance to solvents with no reduced abrasion or weather resistance.
