Summary:Oscillating twisting machine has a covering sheet (21) arranged in the extension region of a fixing element (7) with a radial section (41) running between a holding region (9) of the fixing element and a radial flange (15). Openings (44) are provided for the passage of a connecting region (11) of the fixing element up to a drive (1). Preferred Features: The covering sheet has a higher deformation strength opposite the radial flange by using a high strength material. The covering sheet is provided with recesses (35) radially outside of recesses (25) for power storage devices (29).
