Summary: | A respiratory mask assembly (10) for delivering breathable gas to a patient includes a frame (20) having a front surface and a rear surface which, in use, faces the patient. The frame includes a main body (20a) providing an aperture (24) therethrough for the introduction of breathable gas into a nasal cavity. An elbow assembly (60) is swivelably coupled to the front surface of the frame (20). The elbow assembly (60) includes a swivel elbow (160) that defines an intake port (162) and an exhaust port (164) separated from the intake port using a baffle (161). The elbow assembly includes an end portion that interfaces with the aperture (24) of the frame. |
