Summary:Coating compositions comprising: (a) an epoxy resin in an amount of from 5 to 50% by weight, the epoxy resin comprising a reaction product of epichlorohydrin and a component selected from the group consisting of bisphenol A and bisphenol F; (b) a water-dilutable epoxy resin hardener in an amount of from 5 to 55% by weight; (c) fibers in an amount of from 0.1 to 10% by weight; and (d) a filler in an amount of from 5 to 70% by weight; are described, along with their use as levelling, insulating and other functional coatings.
