Summary: | The invention relates to a device for fixing the casement frame (12) in the gap ventilation position. The device has a holding mechanism (37) comprising a channel or passage (46) for a peg (36) which is fixed on the driving rod. Said channel (46) and a tilted guiding surface (53) which opens into the same guide the peg (36). The channel (46) is laterally offset from the direction in which the peg (36) moves, according to the desired width of the ventilation gap. The aim of the invention is to provide a more simple embodiment of the tilt and turn fitting which makes it less clearly visible that the casement is tilted in the gap ventilation position and which simplifies the arrangement of bolt engagements and pegs for the closed position as well as any other switchable position in which the fitting can be set. To this end, the channel or passage (46) is arranged in a longitudinal position of the peg (36) which adjoins the 180 DEG switching path of an edge gear that drives the driving rod. |
