A physiologically acceptable composition (I) comprises a liquid lipid phase containing at least one silicone oil, structured by a combination of: (a) at least one gelling agent consisting of a homo- or copolymer of weight average molecular weight 500-50000, which is solid at room temperature and soluble in the lipid phase at 25-250 degrees C and contains at least one unit consisting of: (i) at least one polyorganosiloxane group containing 1-1000 organosiloxane units (as the chain of the unit or in grafted form); and (ii) at least two hydrogen bond-forming groups selected from ester, amide, sulfonamide, carbamate, thiocarbamate, urea, thiourea, oxamido, guanidino and/or biguanidino (provided that at least one of the groups is other than ester); (b) solid particles; and (c) at least one amphiphilic silicone. |
