Summary:The mechanism for diverting a conveyor through an angle comprises an upper (5) and lower (6) plate, above which a drive wheel (3) is mounted. The section of the belt traveling towards the mechanism fits against the outer edge (6a) of the lower plate and the section leaving it fits against the outer edge (5a) of the upper plate. The plates can be swiveled through different angles to each other and refastened together, allowing the conveyor to be diverted through different angles.
