Summary:The device has a jacket tube (2) moving along two opposite rails with slots and clamp bolts for length and height adjustment. Locking and release of the adjustment is via cam plates, which is actuated via an operating lever (9). There is a separate cam plate (11A) for length and height adjustment, and the lever operates a further cam plate positioned centrally to these. A clamp bolt (6A,B) between one of the rails (4A,B) and a vehicle-mounted holder (7) has a sleeve (14A,B), which is fastened to a plate (15A,B).
