Summary:The fixture plate (10) has a stop surface (16) fixing it to a door or window. The glass pane (12) has a through-hole (18) or sleeve for mounting the neck part (44) of a handle (40) which has a peripheral groove (46) at the end, by means of at least one catch element (50) fitting into the hole or sleeve. The catch element is rotarily mounted in the hole or sleeve and has a cylindrical contact surface (47) inside the groove in the handle. The through hole or sleeve has a peripheral guide groove (66) taking the catch element.
