Summary:The coupling support has a cross member(44) connected to mountings(30,32) by means of elements(40,42) extending as intermediate pieces between the cross member and mountings. Each connecting element has a first section extending in the longitudinal direction(46) of the cross member and connected to it, and second section extending approximately in the longitudinal direction of the body(18) of the vehicle and connected to the respective mounting. Each connecting element is connected by its first section to the cross member in region of the latter's respective end(52,54).
