Summary:The invention concerns an installation for cleaning an object (19), the installation having a gantry (13) with a cross-beam (14) located above the object (19) and two sidepieces (15, 16) located beside the object (19) and disposed transversly to the cross-beam (14). Mounted on the sidepieces are devices designed to discharge at least one cleaning liquid in the direction of the object (19). So that the cleaning gantry is easier to transport, the invention proposes that the sidepieces (15, 16) are mounted in such a way that they can be pivoted out of their position of operation, in which they are positioned transversely to the cross-beam (14), into a folded position in which they are parallel to the cross-beam (14).
