Summary: | In a coffee extracting apparatus in which coffee essence is extracted from coffee powder (200) in a container (51), an air feeding arrangement (43) is provided for feeding pressed air into the container. After the coffee essence is extracted from coffee powder, coffee grounds (200') are remained in the container. It is assumed that the coffee grounds are adhered to an inner surface of the container. In order to expel the coffee grounds from the container, the air feeding arrangement is controlled so that the pressed air is fed into the container after extracting the coffee essence from the coffee powder. |
