Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'elle est issue de semence d'une espèce de culture végétale, qu'elle comprend au moins une unité de 50 à 85 kDa, exprimée chez les semences et dans aucun autre organe de la plante, et disparaissant rapidement au cours des phases précoces de la germination. 3.
