Summary: | A video camera or a camcorder includes a conversion portion 200a for converting an object image captured by first lenses 11a into an electrical signal, and conversion portion 200b for converting an object image captured by second lenses 11b into an electrical signal provided independently from each other, and a video signal producing portion 300 provided commonly for conversion portions 200a and 200b for producing a video signal based on the electrical signals converted by these converting portions 200a and 200b, in order to implement an image sensing apparatus and an image sensing apparatus with recording function which have the function of reproducing a plurality of object images captured by a plurality of optical systems by switching them or combining them, in a structure advantageous for cost reduction as well as size reduction. A switching circuit 3 for selectively applying either one of the output signals of conversion portions 200a and 200b is provided between conversion portions 200a nd 200b and video signal producing portion 300. |
