Summary:A process for preparing perfluoro-oxyaziridines of formula: where Rx and Ry, like or different from each other, are F or a C1-C10 , perfluoroalkyl group, Rz is a C1-C10-perfluoroalkyl group. The process consists in reacting the corresponding perfluoroimine with a perfluoroalkyl fluoroformyl peroxide RfOOC(O)F, in the presence of an alkali metal fluoride MF, at a temperature ranging from -40 DEG to +50 DEG C.
