Abstract A superconductive element using an oxide superconductor which has a structure that an oxide magnetic substance is formed on an oxide superconductor via a junction interface. By utilizing a newly found proximity effect between oxide magnetic substance and oxide superconductor, and by using the oxide superconductor of short coherent length, thick superconducting element having the oxide magnetic substance can be provided.
