By utilizing a newly found proximity effect between oxide magnetic substance and oxide superconductor, and by using the oxide superconductor of short coherent length, thick superconducting element having the oxide magnetic substance can be provided. Un élément supraconducteur comprend un oxyde supraconducteur dont la structure se caractérise par le fait qu'un oxyde magnétique est formé sur un oxyde supraconducteur par une interface de jonction.
