EXCRETORY/SECRETORY ANTIGENS OF TAPEWORM (CYSTICERCUS CELLULOSAE) FOR USE IN IMMUNODIAGNOSIS AND VACCINE PREPARATION

Disclosed is a method of obtaining antigens of cysticercus cellulosae by maintaining the parasite in vitro. These antigens, used in an Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay proved useful in detection of Neurocysticercosis cases.
