Summary:A molded abrasive article comprising abrasive particles dispersed throughout and adhered within a crosslinked polyurethane binder matrix having a glass transition temperature greater than about 10 DEG C and a glass transition temperature range of greater than about 70 DEG C. The novel binder matrix is derived from a polymerizable mixture comprising: (a) short-chain, active hydrogen functional monomer, (b) long-chain, active hydrogen functional diene prepolymer, (c) polyisocyanate and (d) crosslinking initiator.
