Summary: | A human monoclonal antibody which reacts with several O antigens of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (esp. with O antigens of type A+F, D+I, E+F, or G+H) is obtd. by culture of a suitable antibody-producing cell line which may be either a virus-transformed cell line (e.g. Epstein-Barr virus-transformed) or a hybridoma derived from human or animal cells, and esp. from normal lymph cells. The antibody is obtd. by culture of one of the following cell lines: MP-5082 (FERM P9745); MP-4095 (FERM-P 9750); MP-5064 (FERM-P 9751); MP-5075 (FERM-P 9752); MP-5104 (FERM-P 9753); MP -5038 (FERM-BP 1596); MP-5035 (FERM-BP 1598) or MP-5046 (FERM -BP 1599). |
