Summary:In order, in a built-in cooking oven with a cooking area (11) built into a work surface (10) and its cooking oven muffle (1), to achieve a short waste-vapour path between the waste-vapour connection opening (4) of the cooking oven muffle (1) and the exhaust opening (13) in the cooking area (11), the waste-vapour connection opening (4) is provided in the rear part of the cooking oven muffle top (3) and the exhaust in the cooking area region is designed as a connection part (14), which can be introduced form the top, for the waste-vapour connection opening (4). The coupling of the waste-vapour outlet channel (8) to the connection part (14) is carried out in the vertical direction. Built-in and built-under cooking ovens under work surfaces, with cooking areas built into these.
