Summary:Novel phenoxyacetic acid derivative of the formula: wherein A is a substituted or unsubstituted 5-pyrazolyl group, R is hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R is hydrogen atom or a lower alkenyl group, X is a halogen atom and Z is oxygen atom or methylene group, and a salt thereof are disclosed.
