Procede cyclique de preparation d'un catalyseur cristallin de zeolithe de type ZSM-5 qui comprend (a) la reprise d'une liqueur mere provenant d'une synthese precedente et l'addition des materiaux de preparation necessaires tels que l'oxyde de silicium, (b) le maintien du systeme a une temperature d'environ 70 C jusqu'au point d'ebullition du systeme a pression atmospherique pendant un laps de temps suffisant pour obtenir la cristallisation, (c) la separation de la liqueur mere du produit cristallin desire qui est aussi recupere et (d) le recyclage de la liqueur mere vers l'etape (a). A cyclic method of forming crystalline ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst which comprises (a) taking a mother liquor from a previous synthesis and adding the necessary make-up materials such as an oxide of silicon, (b) maintaining the system at a temperature of from about 70`C to the boiling point of the system and at atmospheric pressure for a time sufficient to permit crystallization, (c) separating the mother liquor from the desired solid product which is also recovered, and (d) recycling the mother liquor back into step (a).
