The antibodies of the invention possess increased affinity and improved aggregation stability. Предложены моноклональные антитела типа IgG, содержащие вариабельные домены в виде комбинации производного VHH с вариабельным доменом легкой цепи VL. Указанные антитела могут содержать замены аминокислот в позициях 44 и/или 45 (по нумерации по Kabat) или их комбинации. Описанные антитела обладают повышенной аффинностью и улучшенной агрегационной стабильностью.
