Изобретение касается новых соединений 2,3-дигидроимидазо[1,2-с]хиназолина формулыфармацевтических композиций, содержащих такие соединения, применения этих соединений или композиций для ингибирования фосфотидилинозитол-3-киназы (PI3K) и лечения болезней, связанных с активностью фосфотидилинозитол-3-киназы (PI3K), при определенном лечении гиперпролиферативных нарушений и/или нарушений ангиогенеза, в качестве отдельного агента или в комбинации с другими активными компонентами.
