A center frame positioning system (100) for an agricultural sprayer vehicle (700) is disclosed. The center frame positioning system (100) comprising: one or more controllable, variable pressure actuators (152, 252) that each are configured to operably exert a force on a suspended center frame (202) of the agricultural sprayer vehicle (700), wherein a sprayer boom (502) is attached to the suspended center frame; one or more sensors (S1-SN collectively 102) that provide real-time center frame position data indicative of a detected position of the suspended center frame (202) in real time; and a control device (110) that receives the center frame position data and provides one or more actuator adjustment commands based at least upon the received center frame position data; wherein the force exerted on the suspended center frame (202) by the one or more actuators (152, 252) is adjusted in real-time as a result of the one or more actuator adjustment commands; and wherein adjustment of the force exerted on the suspended center frame (202) results in adjustment of a distance (d) of the sprayer boom from the ground (513). Furthermore, an agricultural sprayer vehicle (700) with said center frame positioning system (100) is disclosed.
