Date Dec. 21, 1995A radar apparatus provided with a sidelobe blanking circuit. The apparatus includes a directive antenna with a main receiver, and an auxiliary antenna with an auxiliary receiver. The apparatus also has a differential antenna with a differential receiver. Comparators compare the outputs of the auxiliary receiver and the differential receiver. Blanking does not occur when the output of the main receiver is larger than both other output signals.
