Summary:Nitrification inhibitors are characterised in that they contain as active substances a substituted pyrazole, its salts or metallic complexes, dicyanodiamide and one of the following compounds: ammonium thiosulfate, biguanide, ammonium thiocyanate. These agents are characterised by an increased effectiveness as compared to individual components or combinations of two components. They are consequently more environmentally friendly, less phytotoxic, more economic and produce less residues.
