Summary: | These electrolytes are contained in a container having at least one pair of electrodes and being used as measuring cell. The arrangement of container, electrolyte and two uninsulated electrodes arranged at an arbitrary distance from one another is used as a galvanic cell which is comparable to an accumulator. The galvanic cell is used as accumulating element in a relaxation oscillator, in such a manner that the frequency of the relaxation oscillator, which is dependent on the electrode surface covered by the electrolytic fluid, or the changes in frequency caused by changes in the surface of the electrodes covered, are used for measuring the liquid levels and flow rates. |
