Summary:A film composite with improved water-vapour barrier for packaging moisture-sensitive goods consists of at least two plastic films which are bonded to one another by adhesion, the adhesive layer containing a water-absorbent polymer powder. The film composite is built up asymmetrically with respect to the water-vapour permeability of the individual films, such that the film facing the packaged goods has a lower water-vapour permeability than the outwardly facing film.
