Hydraulically actuated double membrane pump - uses piston controlled by eccentric disc to impart hydraulic pressure
The hydraulically actuated membrane pump has the membrane piston, consisting of the membranes (5,5'), the support plates (6) and (7) and the guide bolts (8) actuated hydraulically by a piston (14). The movement of the piston is controlled by the eccentric disc (17), whilst one membrane (5) is o...

Summary: | The hydraulically actuated membrane pump has the membrane piston, consisting of the membranes (5,5'), the support plates (6) and (7) and the guide bolts (8) actuated hydraulically by a piston (14). The movement of the piston is controlled by the eccentric disc (17), whilst one membrane (5) is optimallly matched to the fluid pressure in the chamber (12) and the other membrane (5') is optimally matched to the fluid to be delivered. USE/ADVANTAGE - Membrane pump for the delivery of aggressive fluids which avoids an undesirable pressure difference between the pressure and suction sides, and also reduces wear. |
