Summary: | The unit consists of a booster (1), a master cylinder (2) and a brake pedal (3) in which the pressure chambers (14,34) of the master cylinder are formed parallel to and separate from each other in the housing (16). These have valve bodies (41) coupled to the actuation element (68) of the brake pedal. The transmission of the output force of the booster and the actuation force on the master cylinder piston (19,22) takes place by flexible cables (31,33) acting in conjunction with a reaction element (4). ADVANTAGE - Brake system unit having a considerably reduced total structural length. |
