Summary: | The colour filter has at least two mutually different filtering characteristics respectively corresponding to several pixels placed in a matrix array on a background substrate. A planarising layer transmits light, formed on the surface of the background substrate and a colour filter pattern formed at the same height corresponds to each pixel in the upper region of the planarising layer. A colouring layer is selectively coloured with at least two mutually different colours at the surface of the colour filter pattern. A protecting layer which transmits light is formed on the planarising layer and colouring layer. |
