Summary: | A sensor for detecting a number of revolutions of a rotary shaft is provided which comprises a ring magnet secured to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft, the number of revolutions of which is to be detected, a Hall IC arranged near the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft, for detecting the magnetism of the ring magnet.
