Summary: | The cooking plate has a central opening receiving a sensor capsule (6), which is coupled via a capillary tube (10) to a regulating element for the cooking plate. The sensor capsule (6) is acted on by a spring (8) biasing it into contact with a pan placed on the working plate, with a counter bearing for the spring provided by a carrier (13) in the form of a one-piece spring element (13). The latter has at least 3 radially projecting arms (16) with locking elements at their free ends for securing it to the working plate. Its spring centre section supports a cylindrical element (21) around which the capillary tube (10) is wound. ADVANTAGE - Suitable for mass prodn. |
