Arrangement for moving a work base, in particular for a flame-cutting apparatus
Arrangement for displacing a flame-cutting base or the like from a loading position into a flame-cutting position and back again. The arrangement has levers (4a, 4b, 5a and 5b) located between the flame-cutting base (3) and a water flame-cutting table (1). The levers (4a, 4b, 5a and 5b) are rotatabl...

Summary: | Arrangement for displacing a flame-cutting base or the like from a loading position into a flame-cutting position and back again. The arrangement has levers (4a, 4b, 5a and 5b) located between the flame-cutting base (3) and a water flame-cutting table (1). The levers (4a, 4b, 5a and 5b) are rotatably connected at their one end to the flame-cutting table (1) by joints (6a, 6b, 8a and 8b) and at their other end are rotatably connected to the flame-cutting base (3) by joints (7a, 7b, 9a and 9b). To displace the base (3) between the loading position and the flame-cutting position, pressure-medium cylinders (10a, 10b, 13a and 13b) are attached at their one end to the flame-cutting table (1) by joints (11a, 11b, 14a and 14b), which cylinders are coupled in order to rotate the levers (4a, 4b, 5a and 5b). To create as low a construction as possible and to intensify an application of force required for this, the cylinders (13a and 13b) are rotatably connected at their other end by joints (16a and 16b) to auxiliary levers (15a, 15) which are rotatably connected at their one end by the joints (8a and 8b) coaxially with respect to the levers (5a, 5b) so that the auxiliary levers (15a and 15b), after they have been rotated to a predetermined angle, are coupled in order to rotate the levers (5a and 5b). Furthermore, the cylinders (10a and 10b) are rotatably connected directly to the levers (4a and 4b) by joints (12a and 12b). When the flame-cutting base (3) is lifted from the flame-cutting position into the loading position, ... push the ... Original abstract incomplete. |
