The invention relates to a method for treating the surfaces of cork products, in particular cork plates and stoppers, which consists in applying a protective coating by spraying and shaking in a closed drum in the case of cork stoppers or by spraying, roller or cloth in the case of cork plates, without an after-drying process being necessary.
